Hi all, I am new to this so please be patient with me.. anyway I was diagnosed w/ IBS-D 2 years ago December...I have been reading on your diet that you do not recommend Insoluble fibre.....see, thats strange to me, cause I am on High fibre/soluble & insoluble diet along with a prescription Dicetel (calcium antagonist). Anyway, I cannot eat Rice, or white breads and such, it just kills me, just wondering if anyone experiences the same, or am I an x-file??
