Extreme gas       02/18/03 12:52 PM Edit Reply Quote Judith Reged: 02/18/03 Posts: 6 Hello everyone - I've recently been diagnosed with IBS and have found this website after my doctor was very short with me. Basically I've been suffering from extremely bad gas for over a year as well as stomach cramps and occasional constipation. My doctor put me on Fybogel (I live in the UK so Im not sure whats its called elsewhere) but its done nothing so far. Basically Im just wondering what tips there are to avoid gas - I seem to have it ALL day long, but espcially bad after eating. It depresses me so much as it really affects my social life and Im only 21. Thanks to anyone with any ideas - Judith Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
