Don't worry about the weight gain - it will stabilize. I see my doctor next week and I know he will be thrilled my weight is almost up to 120lbs. I gained 10 lbs on the diet, but I haven't gained any weight for a month. Sometimes I think the weight comes because you feel better and can eat more food (at least that is my case).
I hardly eat out because it is too hard to find the right foods to eat.
