Susanne - the difference between B-50 and B-100 is the mg amount, either 50 or 100. The B-100 I take, for example, has:
100 mg Thiamin, 100 mg Riboflavin, 100 mg Niacin, 100 mg B6, 100 mcg B12, 400 mcg Folic Acid, 100 mcg Biotin, 100 mg Pantothenic Acid, 100 mg Choline, Inositol, PABA
You should definitely have some supplements since you aren't getting many vitamins from food. At the very least take a good multi vitamin, B-50 or B-100 and a good multi mineral. Maybe you can see a nutritionist to help you with all this. Hope this helps you a little.
