enough soluble fiber intake??       09/02/04 05:06 PM Edit Reply Quote dmosher Reged: 08/05/04 Posts: 61 Loc: New Hampshire Question - I am currently taking a total of 5 grams of soluble fiber supplements in a day - and that has been agradula increase from 2 a day - how high up do you go? When is it enough? I know it probably depends on the person and what your body can handle - but is there an average of what you should take in a day?
