I'm sorry to hear that half of your vacation has been agony, i hope that you are taking the time out that you need. I have found that I have to be so hyper aware in order to be well, i can manage my symptoms well with the diet from heather, but i also have do to the exercise, herbal teas, relaxation time, etc etc etc, or else something gets out of balance and i feel crappy. Sometimes i try to decide which symptom i can live with the best (bloating?) and which i like the least, (attacks out of nowhere), but i have my breaking point.
