fiber       09/01/04 11:25 AM Edit Reply Quote Cyndi31 Reged: 09/01/04 Posts: 10 Loc: New Jersey Hi. I'm new I've only posted once before about fiber. I just bought benefiber chewable tabs. Has anyone tried them? Metamucil and Citricel made a mess of my stomach. I have IBS with D by the way. I just can't believe how much my stomach can control my life.
