The pregnancy is going fine, with a few bumps on the way. My son got a stomach virus which I caught - a terror for my OCD. I am terrified of germs, viruses, etc. I had a threatened miscarriage last week on top of it all, but everything is now fine. As for your fear of going to the Doc, I understand. Took me 20 years to get there. OCDers are famous for hiding it all extremely well. A good time to go to the Doc is if you feel like it's taking over your life - especially when compounded with IBS. Docs can help - through meds or therapy. I took the meds route because I had to. I wouldn't leave the house. Take care and let me know how you're doing.
