You will be running back and forth to the bathroom with diarrhea, but it's not like having diarrhea with cramps or pain----just like water shooting out of a fountain (excuse my graphic description!) All I remember about the procedure is getting my IV, talking to the doctor, and then asking the nurses when they were going to start it. They laughed and said, "Honey, you're finished with it!" I couldn't believe it! I felt fine----no pain or soreness afterwards. I was just sleepy--I'm sure because I didn't sleep well the night before because of the prep!
