This is has been proven time and time again in the medical field. IF YOU TAKE IN ANY TYPE OF SOUBLE FIBER SUPPLEMENT PLEASE TAKE IN 8 TO 12 GLASSES OF WATER DAILY! OR YOU ARE DEFEATING YOUR PURPOSE OF BEING NORMAL! NO "D" OR "C" This is what I have found! Whether you take Metamcil, Citrcil, Acardia, Benefiber THE KEY IS WATER!
