Hi - I haven't heard of the specific supplements you're talking about. What exactly is in them? I'd more interested in the ingredients than the specific brand. I have read that taking omega-3 fatty acids, such as flax oil or fish oil capsules, can benefit IBD (though it won't cure it). So can evening primrose capsules. These supplements have fatty acids that are prostagladin inhibitors, so they help reduce inflammation.
It's also pretty important that IBD folks make sure they're taking vitamins/minerals, as they can have trouble with malabsorption of nutrients from foods. Your doc is by far the best person to ask about all this...see what he/she recommends for specifics, and then see what experiences folks on the boards have with these items.
