Hi,
I'm really enjoying learning and trying yoga! I started with a beginner class which was great in giving me the basics. I recently decided to try a few more challenging classes, which has been interesting. I am doing an intermediate hatha yoga class, which is great and I love how it flows. Also, I tried a ashtanga yoga class last week, and it kicked my butt!! But I loved it, and I'm determined to stick with it no matter what. It certainly seems to help with my stress level, and I always feel relaxed and loose afterwards. I'm hoping that my flexibility will get better also. Are there any suggestions you have for increasing flexibility? Any other tips would be great!
