This green smoothie has become one of my favorites. Blend together kale, banana, and a handful of blueberries, and whatever type of milk you like. I use rice or hemp milk usually. I have a Vitamix blender, which is very powerful, so that the kale is so finely ground, you just don't taste it. I have to share with you all, since I began drinking these daily green smoothies, my hair and skin just looks fantastic! Just always remember to use 2 pieces of fruit to your helping of greens, and the taste is masked. The drink just tastes like whatever fruit you decide to use.
