I don't know if there is a set time to start increasing (if there is, somebody please let us know!). What I did, like I said, I went really slow. I took 1 tsp. 2x a day for about 1-2 weeks, then 2 tsp. 2x a day for about 1-2 weeks, etc. So, basically I usually went up 1 tsp every 1-2 weeks until I got to 2 T (6 tsp) 2x a day. And that's where I've been ever since.
I may have gone slower than others, but I just wanted to be really careful so my body had time to adjust. Like I said, if there is a set time to increase, I don't know it.
