I do spray it with cooking spray, but that doesn't help all the way. I did notice 2 things. If I only cook 1 cup of rice, it sticks. The more rice I cook at once, the less gets stuck at the bottom. Also, the longer I keep it on warm after it's done, the more likely it is to stick, so I turn it off after the time mine says to keep on warm after the cooking process, which is 15 min.
