I personally like Baked Lays but for baked sweetpotato chips I make my own with this funny little micro-chip maker Chip maker that I've had for years. The only problem with this gizmo is that you need to use quite large sized sweet potatoes or they shrink while cooking in the microwave and fall thru the slits. Other than that, I've made swt. potatoe chips and had them for many, many weeks.
