Take a small bottle of drinking water...take a sip or two to make room... fold tea bag in half and stuff inside.... add sweeteners as normal (I added a sugar cube)....shake it up.... wait a few minute...shake again... enjoy!! Mine was already cold....but I think any temp would be just fine. EASY to do at my desk at work...did not have to heat the water. I just left the bag inside the bottle.
