Turkey Ham       03/24/04 08:24 AM Edit Reply Quote Bevvy Reged: 11/04/03 Posts: 5918 Loc: Northwest Washington State Yep. Turkey ham is delicious. I sub it for all recipes that call for dead pig. I posted a recipe here for party strata in which I use turkey ham instead of that awful other stuff. Yum. Unfortunately, even turkey ham is a trigger because it contains dark meat turkey. So I use it very sparingly. A small slice in a sandwich with soy provolone and low-fat mayo, maybe a little tomato and a slice of lettuce, is yummy (with Lay's baked chips of course). The other day I chopped up some turkey ham and threw it in my scrambled egg beaters for breakfast, along with some soy cheddar. MAGNIFICENT!
