You're doing real well (except for that salad dressing -- if it has milk in it, lose it). There are lots of good recipes in here that are IBS-safe (of course) and absolutely delicious -- check out the index (you'll see a link to it above). Pasta is SOOO good, and there are so many good recipes with ideas for what to put on the pasta (I'm partial to my almost-fat-free pesto).

I love Bisquick too; it's great stuff. I've used it for years. As a matter of fact, I think I'll fix waffles for breakfast this morning...

If you're stable, you can start adding in veggies in soups. Just heat up some stock (I use home made that I keep in the freezer, but there's store-bought stuff as well) and throw in your favorite veggies (cut-up very well, of course). Serve it with some sourdough bread (I like it stale so I can dunk it in my soup). You can whip up an incredible smoothie using fresh fruit -- check out Heather's recipe for banana berry smoothies. YUM!

I guarantee your hubby will learn to LOVE healthy food when you start using some of the recipes in here -- and in Heather's books (I assume you have them?)
