All of the bags of King Arthur flour (and there was quite a wide range) that I saw on the shelves in the supermarkets in California contained barley, malt and vitamin additives. By the way, the products on this website don't seem to include any information on their contents. Personally, I wouldn't buy King Arthur flour because it isn't 100 per cent pure wheat -- unless King Arthur produces another product that I am not aware of. As I've said, I was very surprised at how difficult it is to obtain pure wheat flour with no other ingredients. Belinda Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
