Girlfriend, for some reason I feel like I should congratulate you -- but IBS is no reason for celebration! I'm glad the procedure went well -- I thought about you today because I remembered your post, and when I responded to it, I wanted to be sure not to relay any scary stories.
Aren't you glad it's over?
I don't know of any "IBS-friendly beer" but I had a lite Bud once and it didn't bother me. (However, I ain't no beer drinker, so I doubt that I even finished it.)
I'm curious -- and I know others will be too -- did your GI give you any help, any advice, meds, or any assistance of any kind? Maybe tell you what to take besides just "keep up with the soluble fiber"?
