Quick Rosemary Breadsticks

5 cups flour 2 pkgs active dry yeast 2 tblspns sugar 2 tsps rosemary (leaves) 1 tsp salt 1 1/2 cups very warm water 1 tblspn olive oil 3 egg whites sesame or poppy seed (optinal)
In a large bowl combine 2 cups flour, undissolved yeast, sugar, rosemary amd salt. Add water and olive oil to dry ingredients, beat 2 mins at med speed with electric mixer, scraping the bowl occasionally. Add 2 egg whites and 1/2 cup flour, beat 2 mins at high speed. With a sppon stir enough remaining flour to make soft dough.
Knead on floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 mins. divivde dough into 24 pieces and roll onto 24 inch ropes. Fold ropes half and twist several times. pinch ends to seal. Place on 2 lightly sprayed baking sheets. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 15 mins.
Lightly beat remaining egg white and brush on rolls. If desired top with sesame or poppy seed. Bake at 450"f for 12 minutes or until done, switching positions of sheet halfway through baking, remove and let cool on wire racks.
