Alright, Ruchie, We are going to have to send you on a trip to South Louisiana. I lived there for years and people there put gobs of Tabasco sauce on EVERYTHING----scrambled eggs, hamburgers, soups, sauces, and my favorite, in a Bloody Mary. If you were in a restaurant waiting on your food, you'd find people pouring Tabasco sauce on saltine crackers and eating them! Ha! In fact, Tabasco sauce is made (or should I say cured?) in old wooden barrels at Avery Island in South Louisiana. When I taught school, we'd take the elementary kids there on field trips. Once when we drove up, there were baby alligators wandering around the premises! They have a store there with cute things for the house---Tabasco mugs, aprons, etc. That's probably more than you ever wanted to know about Tabasco sauce! It's still a staple at our house. My 17-year-old son puts it on everything. He must be part Cajun.
