Herbs for creamy tuna?

I recently tried a simplified "creamy" tuna from a recipe I found on this board. Mine consisted of only tuna, almond milk, and a little flour. It came out very thick and creamy like I wanted, but was a little bland. I'd like to put some herbs or something in it for flavor, but I haven't done much cooking experimenting (usually just follow recipes). Anything gas producing like onions is out, and I'd rather not add any veggies to it. Any herb suggestions that might go well with a creamy tuna? I plan on eating it with crackers or wrapped in a tortilla.
