Hi I found this blueberry box muffin mix at the store and was wondering if it was safe. It says it has only 1.5 grams of fat. The directions says to use 1 egg ( i use 2 egg whites 1 cup water and 3 table spoons of veggie oilI just add 1 and a 1/2 could you sub apple sauce for this? It looks safe to me but heres the ingredients: enriched bleached flour. (bleached flour,niacin, iron,thiamine mononitrate riboflavin folic acid) sugar, blueberries(packed in water) partially hydrogenated vegetable shortening (contains soybean oil) sextrose food-starch-mofified, leavening (baking soda sodium aluminum phosphate) calcuim carobonate,salt,artifical flavor,wheat starch,xanthan gum.
Please let me know they smell so good thanks
