Best Alfredo Sauce Ever       06/21/07 08:46 AM Edit Reply Quote liljess Reged: 06/20/07 Posts: 1 This Sauce tastes as close the the real thing as you can get! 1 package silken tofu 2 cups plain soy milk 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 pinch pepper 1 pinch ground nutmeg 1 cup vegan/soy/rice parmesan cheese Blend first 7 ingredients in a blender for 2 min. Transfer mixture to a saucepan and cook on low heat. When all warmed through add the cheese. Cook and stir until melted in. Pour over pasta or anything else! Enjoy!
