I thought my pie crusts were THE BEST I'd ever had. But about a month ago I discovered Pillsbury's refrigerated pie crust. OHMYGOD! It's incredible. You just drop it in a pie shell, fill it, bake it, and it comes out all flaky and YUMMY. You don't pre-bake the pie shell before filling it. (Okay, so it's not low fat, but then neither was my grandmother's.) I'm sorry to say it, but Grandma couldn't beat Pillsbury. Good luck with it!
