Muffins help       01/07/07 11:41 AM Edit Reply Quote K2 Reged: 01/29/06 Posts: 1191 Loc: Canada I've made muffins a few times and they taste great and the texture is fine right after I make them. But, after storing them in a large tupperware (after cooling completely) they tend to get a wet sticky texture. Is there anything I can do to prevent this?
