Holiday goodies       12/02/06 05:55 PM Edit Reply Quote Rhiannon Reged: 12/02/06 Posts: 2 Hello All, AFter 6 excruciating months,my 14 year old daughter has been diagnosed with IBS. WE've been following Heather's recipes and using the fiber and tummy teas, and life is sooo much better than it has been. But Christmas is coming, and all our traditional holiday favorites are not "ibs-proof". Does anyone have recipes that I can substitute for our usual holiday fudge, cookies, plum pudding etc?
