Hi, I'm 20 and I've been an IBS sufferer since I was 8. I wasn't diagnosed til I was 18 and I've been through all sorts of trouble trying to figure out just what I can eat.
What makes it harder is that I'm an extremely busy music student with very little wage money at present, so I have enough trouble buying food to live off of let alone food that's helpful to my IBS. I've checked the food lists on this site and they all seem to make sense and would be really helpful to me - but I really worry that I won't be able to afford the sort of things that would really help me. Funnily enough the things I shouldn't be eating are so cheap!

So, I was wondering if anyone can help me with this problem? I want to put my health first, but my lack of cash isn't helping!

Also, I'm english, so any american food/helath stores probably won't help! lol!
