I've never tried making them ahead and reheating them, but I don't think it would be a problem. Especially if you're only making them about an hour ahead of time. Just nuke real quick before you serve, and they'd probably be fine.

Also, on the gravy recipe, since we shouldn't be eating any turkey parts besides skinless turkey breast, is it okay to make this gravy with the other parts since you're skimming the fat?
