another soy milk question       07/17/06 05:53 AM Edit Reply Quote lissylou73 Reged: 06/20/06 Posts: 154 Loc: West Virginia (IBS G&P) The carton of soy milk says to consume within 7-10 days after opening. Is this really necessary? I am paranoid about food poisioning, so when the 7 days hit, down the drain my soy milk (and money) goes. On the other hand, my mom keeps using it until the expiration date on the carton and has never gotten sick.
