So, my question is, in recipes that require minced or crushed spices (say, garlic or ginger) is it possible to use prepacked powders?? Like say, Garlic powder insted of the fresh stuff? or ground ginger or something like that??
(not only do i suffer from ibs, BUT i have texture issues in regards to certain foods so the more ground up the better)
