diabetes and IBS       06/21/06 01:40 AM Edit Reply Quote chemist Reged: 06/21/06 Posts: 2 Loc: Australia I am a (relatively) newly diagnosed diabetic who also suffers from IBS & polycystic ovarian syndrome. This means I can only eat foods that are suitable for an IBS sufferer, have a low GL/GI, and are low in fat! Does anyone know of any recipe books/recipe websites that would offer reputable- and delicious- recipes or food options for someone like me? Sometimes I get so desperate to taste something delicious, that I eat something that is detrimental to one or the other (or all) conditions & end up regretting it for days...I'm not a very patient cook, but I think if i could find some good recipes, I would give it a go.
