I have an old recipe for a low fat taco bowl. You take a cookie sheet with sides and put some water in it and a few drops of canola oil. Then dip a flour tortilla in the water briefly on both sides. Then take an empty tin can and put some foil over the top and drape the tortilla on. Fix the foil into a bundle so the shell will be the shape you want. I don't remember what temp to bake it at, I think over 400. Do that for a few minutes and when the taco shell has gotten stiff enough to pick up and hold its shape then flip it over and bake for a few more minutes without the can, until golden brown. I used to make these often and they worked very well.
Fill with taco salad and I would make spanish flavored long grain rice on the side.
