I figure with the size of the cake that it makes and it was big and the fact that I eat a piece after dinner on a full stomach I am pretty safe. And so far I am . But I am sure that you could do half oil and half applesauce and it would still be just as good. I can imagine that the one piece I had contained that much fat.
