But I don't think I ever tried freezing the sauce alone. The soy/rice milks are so expensive compared to regular milk that I always thought once I opened it I should try freezing half of it or so, since it was difficult to use it all up. You can't freeze it in the original container, but that didn't matter because I wanted to try freezing it after opening. I don't use rice/soy milk anymore, though, and I never did try it.
