Actually, I think IT IS AMAZING that you bake yourself WW treats! Like you, I'm kind of obsessive/compulsive in the kitchen. If it's not up to standard than I wouldn't feed it to a dog.
I KNOW I'd bake if I had people in the house that enjoyed cookies, etc. I guess I'm not enough a cookie connoiseur to bake cookies!
Also, I think it's brilliant for you to incorporate these cookies into your WW lifestyle approach to health, wellbeing & weightloss. And baking/chef moments are fun. I call it kitchen witchery! If I had a dog I'd feed it a raw food diet & bake it cookies.
So, I guess I was trying to express my OUTMOST RESPECT for people that spoil themselves with GOOD food that is also GOOD-FOR-YOU. Actually, I confess that my Mom is doing WW (unsuccessfully) & your recipe posts interest me for that reason. Her failing is neglecting to measure foods precisely & also regular logging. Also, she doesn't bother to spoil herself with COOKIES & cakes & things she loves for her palate & subconscious mind to be satisfied.
Way to go, Bev! Enjoy some SoyDream & cookies for me!
Kate.
