PA Today i finally had a thorough Dr. appt about my IBS, he even took blood and told me exactly what for and what he was trying to rule out me having, gluten-intolerance being one of them. He also told me even if my blood tests neg. for the Celiac antibodies, then still try the GF diet. So i already do Heather's diet (most of the time), so i'm confused on how to incorporate a GF diet w/my IBS diet? I love my breads, so i don't know what else to eat yet.
