low fat foods that taste bad

I bought the new dairy free Crystal Farms stick margarine and I don't recommend it. It tastes metallic. I made cookie dough with it and the dough wasn't so great (always taste the things you are about to bake; you can tell if you forgot an ingredient like sugar). I don't think the cookies will be as good as normal. (Reminds me of Betty with her bitter butter in the batter )
I also bought some LF all natural PB called Wonder. It has only 2.5 g fat per 2 T. But it tastes nasty! I had a taste of it but haven't tried it in things. I am sure it will be gross there too. It really tastes bad.
Buyer beware I guess!

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
