I am making this for lunch...Pho is Vietnamese for noodle soup.
1 can chicen broth 1 1/2 Tbsp. fish sauce (found in Asian market)
shrimp or chicken chopped green onions cilantro
cook noodles as directed on pkg. rinse and set aside. While noodles are cooking put broth and fish sauce in a pan and boil. Once boiling (rolling boil) pour over noodles. Add cooked shrimp...chicken...cilantro...green onions...you can add almost any vegetable.
