I posted a recipe a while back called Golden Mountain, from an old cookbook I have. It's a molded custard made from mashed carrots, and it actually sounds pretty good - the recipe was basically unseasoned, but I know you're a pretty creative cook, you might even want to add some ginger or some such thing to it. The recipe called for one large mold, but I think it would adapt well to smaller ones. I don't know, just a thought. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
