I am... not a great cook. I also have the habit of forgetting about dinner until it's nearly too late. So -- I ordered a pressure cooker. Trouble is -- I have no idea how to use it. It sounded like a good idea at the time. The recipe book the came with it is not much help -- lots of beef - cheese and the like. I'm not that great at changing recipes to make them safe -- unless it's just the simple things like whole eggs to egg whites. Can anyone give me some simple tips or recipes?
