I love hobnobs but that is not it       09/24/05 05:51 PM Edit Reply Quote Little Minnie Reged: 04/16/04 Posts: 4987 Loc: Minnesota These things are like bars (kind of like a rice krispy bar with oats instead of rice) and are gooey and can be buttery or fake buttery. they were absolutely everywhere and I had some good ones and some bad. the first one I found was IBS ok but I am not sure about the other ones. I thought they had oat in the title but I am not sure. I wish I could remember. Oh wait! I had a journal I will look it up! -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages: "You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines.
