Hi Kree The pears are nice now so tried to make baked pears as per your recipe. Instead of maple syrup I used golden syrup, instead of maple flavoring I used vanilla essence, instead of soy margarine I used the ordinary margarine and instead of chopped pecans I used plain peanuts. I do not know the taste of maple syrup, so I liked the baked pears that I made and thought of you a lot.
By the way my IBS is much under control and sometimes I do eat ice cream with no after effects. My doctor has given me some fibre called Marhaba Ispaghol husk which is a natural fibre for bowel regulation and reduction of blood cholestrol. It is a gentle natural fibre to effectively check constipation, acute thirst, bowel irregularities, piles, ulcers, acidity, dysentery and obesity. I am much happier now though I dont take milk at all and stay on a strict diet and only enjoy my self at parties when I put my diet in the closet. I wont over do it though. Love Jenny
