I did my grocery shopping after my evening class got out which was probably better since no lines at 9:00pm at night! I made the carrot cake in Heather's book last night and my whole apartment still smells like yummy carrot cake. Hopefully it turned out okay - guess I will know tonight when my old boss and her hubby try it with me.
