Question on all the oven fries recipes       09/04/05 09:45 AM Edit Reply Quote Cyndy Reged: 03/05/05 Posts: 1301 I'v been reading all the recipes on the recipe exchange about making your own fries...but most of them just say to scrub the potato and cut them up and bake. Here they are here , here , number 3 . Well, you guys get the picture. I was wondering if it is safe to eat thesee with the skins on them. Since the recipes don't say to peel the potato, I'm assuming they are not peeled. I am a C person and the added fiber would be good, but not if it is bad to eat the sf and if of the peel at the same time, or is it? If the potato is the only source of SF in the meal.
