(It's so simply yummy that I had it AGAIN, tonight!!! That's 3 nights in less than a one week span. Perfect for when you feel like "rabbit" food! Also great if you're fighting a flu/cold. I substituted organic no-chicken stock for the olive oil in the recipe and skipped the pepper. Very soothing and warming and comforting and gentle on the tummy. Highly aromatic. Positively simple. I just added a little fresh parsley and put a little lavender and thyme in with the fennel bulb and carrots. NO GAS or PAIN or SPASMS or D!!!)
