Egg white substitutes

When you are baking with egg whites instead of just whole eggs do you have to decrease the amount of liquid in your receipe. I make bread in my bread maker and it calls for 3 eggs so I substituted 6 egg whites but it seemed really soggy. Is that because I used all egg whites instead of just eggs?
