I need to learn how to cook properly for IBS. (I don't know how to cook at all, actually.) ... But, I just need to know how to subsitute things, and what I can't use. I need the names of cooking products, such as cooking oils (Canada.) And what about spraying the pan? ..or something. What is safe to use? And also, aren't you supposed to butter pans or something? I don't know. I see people do it. ..I know, Im lost!!
